Meet Craig: Founder & Oyster Enthusiast

Seamacs is a Sydney based based catering company specialising in freshly shucked Sydney Rock Oysters, Pacific Oysters and Caviar. We deliver a roaming culinary experience at private and corporate events, servicing the South Coast of NSW.

Originally from Vancouver, Craig discovered his passion for the art of oyster shucking at the renowned Rodney's Oyster House. Immersed in the lively and authentic atmosphere of this iconic seafood institution, Craig honed his skills and developed a deep appreciation for the craft.

Inspired by his own experience of planning his wedding and facing challenges in finding the perfect shucking experience to showcase the South Coast's finest oysters to his international guests, Craig decided to create his own service. SeaMacs was born out of his desire to help others craft their dream events, offering bespoke oyster shucking experiences that combine quality, elegance, and a taste of the coast.

With a long standing relationship with our oyster growers, who are all second and third-generation oyster farming families from the South Coast, we promise to source you the finest Sydney Rock and Pacific Oysters in NSW.
